About the position

Pomelo Care is a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians, engineers and problem solvers who are passionate about improving care for moms and babies. We are transforming outcomes for pregnant people and babies with evidence-based pregnancy and newborn care at scale. Our technology-driven care platform enables us to engage patients early, conduct individualized risk assessments for poor pregnancy outcomes, and deliver coordinated, personalized virtual care throughout pregnancy, NICU stays, and the first postpartum year. We measure ourselves by reductions in preterm births, NICU admissions, c-sections and maternal mortality; we improve outcomes and reduce healthcare spend. This role focuses on driving product adoption, market expansion, and revenue growth by effectively positioning products and optimizing the customer journey from awareness to retention. We're looking for a strategic contributor, capable of executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and collaborating cross-functionally. This role would report directly to the Director of Product Marketing, supporting the growth of B2B marketing at Pomelo Care. This is an opportunity to have direct exposure to commercial opportunities as well as our customers, deriving insights and applying them to demand campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling marketing content (e.g., website copy, sales collateral, case studies, blog posts, email sequences, ad copy) that resonates with target audiences and supports the sales funnel.
  • Design and implement growth-oriented campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital advertising, email, organic search, social media).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for optimization and continuous improvement in lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare, digital health, startup, or similar complex/tech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and marketing copy.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
