About the position

The Marketing Manager position at Legends Global Sales involves leading Georgia Tech's digital marketing strategy for various revenue and engagement initiatives. This includes managing season ticket renewals, individual game ticket sales, and corporate partnerships. The role requires a comprehensive approach to digital marketing, utilizing tools like Oracle Eloqua for customer segmentation and email marketing, as well as coordinating with social media and other partners to execute campaigns effectively. The Marketing Manager will also assist in content creation, performance analysis, and the development of marketing strategies to enhance fan engagement and drive ticket sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Georgia Tech's digital marketing strategy for assigned revenue and engagement initiatives.
  • Build customer segments, customer journeys, A/B testing, and advertising campaigns in Oracle Eloqua.
  • Oversee email marketing strategies and execution.
  • Coordinate with the social media team on executing social campaigns.
  • Coordinate paid advertising campaigns for ticket, events, and retail initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to initiate and develop content for all digital marketing channels.
  • Assist in copywriting, editing, and proofreading copy for email and website.
  • Assist with managing digital surveys, website form submissions, and customer communication subscriptions.
  • Develop website landing pages for ticketing initiatives.
  • Assist with developing creative and strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with analyzing the performance of digital marketing channels.
  • Oversee execution of digital communications including email and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze all traffic on digital marketing channels during events.

Requirements

  • One-to-two years of digital marketing and/or email marketing experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of web analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio).
  • Working knowledge of HTML coding; CSS is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems, Oracle Eloqua, or a similar email marketing platform.
  • Understanding of email marketing strategy and best practices.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong ability to think strategically, creatively, and quickly.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
