About the position

Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Marketing Manager II. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Intuit and partner business objectives, driving joint go-to market initiatives, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager II will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, creating compelling marketing messaging, and monitoring the performance of partner marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Intuit and partner business objectives and drive joint go-to market initiatives
  • Plan, enable, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns with partners, including digital marketing, events, content marketing, and more
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on goals, strategies, and execution plans
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling marketing messaging and co-create partner GTM assets
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Develops & executes on solutions to address End to End integrated marketing plans
  • Strong understanding of best practices in marketing and nuances for AI
  • Able to create strong processes and demonstrate effective project management skills to drive execution cross-functionally

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles, preferably in Technology companies
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated track record of efficiently managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
