About the position

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for our Industrial segment to develop and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth across key customer segments in the additive manufacturing ecosystem. This role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and effectively communicate distinctive value propositions that resonate with diverse customer groups. The ideal candidate will blend analytical thinking with tactical execution capabilities, demonstrating a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns within our key target industries, creating compelling content, and managing deadlines. Additionally, you will be a key player in the introduction of new products, including development and execution of go-to-market strategies. You should be comfortable balancing big-picture goals with day-to-day tasks, including executing tactics and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Responsibilities

  • Lead, own and drive the creation and implementation of marketing strategies tailored to target market segments to achieve business and commercial goals.
  • Own and manage the industrial content calendar across different communication channels.
  • Create and/or steer the creation of compelling and value-added content, including case studies, testimonials, ebooks/whitepapers, and customer-pitch decks.
  • Steer the implementation of multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline growth in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Lead new product introductions (NPIs) from a marketing perspective, developing and executing go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product commercialization and market adoption.
  • Lead efforts to heighten win rates including creation of battle cards, customer-pitch decks, sales enablement tools, and promotions.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success of strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular updates to the business on campaign performance, insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve marketing impact and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required (Master's degree preferred).
  • 4 years or more of B2B marketing experience required (industrial AM experience strongly preferred).
  • Strategic thinking with tactical execution capabilities.
  • Data-driven analytical approach.
  • Creative problem-solving.
  • Project management expertise managing multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills working across diverse teams.
  • Content creation abilities across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Pardot and Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Ability to travel globally (10-15%).

Nice-to-haves

  • Additive Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Aerospace/Defense, Semiconductor, or Automotive sector is a bonus.
  • Graphic design skillset welcome.
  • Experience in CRM (preferably Salesforce) and marketing automation (e.g., Pardot).
