  • Analyze and act on data from Google Analytics, Looker, and Salesforce to assess performance, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement
  • Create and evolve audience personas and messaging frameworks to guide segmentation and targeting
  • Manage agency or contractor relationships as needed to expand capacity or scale media buys
  • Build and maintain lifecycle programs that nurture interest from referral partners and patients - including email campaigns, drip sequences, and re-engagement workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, community engagement, and clinical teams to support outreach with scalable, high-impact tactics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; effective project manager with ability to prioritize and execute quickly
  • Experience creating or managing audience-specific content
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing best practices
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and creative problem solving

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience marketing to or through referral sources (e.g., hospitals, clinics, correctional systems)

  • Background in B2B2C marketing or partner engagement strategies
