About the position

TT Electronics is seeking a dynamic, driven and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts in North America. This role will be pivotal in driving the value proposition messaging, growth and market presence of our products and solutions within the aerospace defense, medical and high-tech industrial market segments. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of marketing experience in a B2B environment, exceptional communication skills, and a strong track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams and external agency partners. Reporting to the VP, Global Marketing, the Marketing Manager joins a dynamic and high-performing global marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the North America sales organization to execute strategic marketing plans, deliver marketing qualified leads, produce compelling news business proposals, and provide support in meeting commercial growth objectives.
  • Manage all marketing activities and events, including demand generation, thought leadership marketing communications, and sales collateral.
  • Lead the development of customer-facing marketing materials such as campaign assets, website content, social media, digital marketing campaigns, video, advertising, earned media, and sales enablement resources.
  • Support product launches and coordinate marketing campaigns to generate high market impact.
  • Manage the Voice of the Customer program and work with our teams to ensure a closed loop process.
  • Work with the research team to identify trends, market opportunity, and track the competitive landscape.
  • Manage relationships with external partners to ensure deliverables are met on plan and on budget.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and develop marketing KPI reporting.
  • Work closely with the wider global marketing team to align and share best practices in marketing excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing, communications, and/or business-related field required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of marketing or communications experience.
  • A deep understanding of B2B marketing in industrial market sectors.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense or medical sectors will set you apart.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing content for business-to-business audiences; competency in identifying and developing key messaging and quantifying value to our customers.
  • Enjoy learning about the customer with the ability to identify key drivers and pain points to develop compelling content and narratives.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment and able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience and drive to communicate frequently with multiple senior leaders as a business partner.
