The J.R. Simplot Company is a diverse, privately held global food and agriculture company headquartered in Boise, Idaho. We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture. We are currently pursuing a Market Research and Consumer Insights Manager that can cultivate deep market, operator and consumer insights to drive global business action and growth. The role will work closely with marketing, cross functional and cross regional key stakeholders to guide best practice methodologies to solve for key business problems. Applying expertise in consumer and market research, syndicated data, and application of advanced analytics for development of future strategies and opportunities will be critical. This role will be an enterprise-wide resource, providing critical insight and foresight to shape future strategy and validate immediate plans and projects. As a support to the Global Product team they will play a key role in ensuring the 3 year innovation pipeline and rollout plan is validated and robust. This role will also work closely with Insights team in APAC to leverage knowledge, capabilities and suppliers to support global efforts. A measure of success of this role is the delivery of robust global brand health tracking, concept testing & bespoke research studies with actionable recommendations for growth, that are taken forward into commercial plans.
