About the position

Exciting opportunity at the Skirvin Hilton Oklahoma City! They are seeking an On Property Marketing Manager to join their team. Get involved in innovative storytelling and engage with the local community, guests, and Hilton team members. Join us in shaping impactful narratives! As a Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for assisting in leading Marketing Planning & Execution strategies for the hotel including the development, management, execution and measurement of all aspects of the marketing/branding strategies; including but not limited to Marketing Budgets, Social Media, Websites, Digital & Print Advertising, Collateral, Video/Photography Assets, etc. that maximizes exposure in order to achieve budget, increase revenue, and market share targets. The position may also act as a liaison between the hotel and regional marketing support, outside agencies and contracted vendors/service providers. Requires extensive and regular interaction with hotel’s executive committee members.

Responsibilities

  • Build a close alignment with on-property, regional, and brand marketing teams.
  • Successfully execute the tactical elements of the annual marketing plan.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of new digital strategies, trends and technologies.
  • Adapt to seasonality and conflicting priorities.
  • Lead the execution of all messaging, positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans including annual, monthly and by segment of deployment.
  • Act as the day-to-day agency point of contact to ensure execution of plan.
  • Manage eCommerce campaigns to support the hotel strategic marketing plans.
  • Track and analyze success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies/budgets based on performance metrics.
  • Manage Brand.com and vanity website content.
  • Maintain all imagery and content within 3rd party sites.
  • Identify visual asset needs and coordinate all photo & video shoots.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports on regular cadence and on an as needed basis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of combined marketing, advertising, and/or ecommerce marketing experience required.
  • Prior hotel/travel industry experience preferred.
  • Agency background preferred.
  • Flexible scheduling based on property activations, events required.
  • Background and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva preferred.
