Gentell’s marketing manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to support various aspects of Gentell’s business units (patient-specific wound care, clinical education, product marketing, enteral, hospice). The position will oversee all aspects of the programs, from brainstorming the vision to final approval of content and deliverables and deployment of communications and media campaigns. He or she will establish campaign and program objectives, ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines, and determine metrics to evaluate campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute marketing programs.
  • Set strategy for marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
  • Define and deliver programs that engage and grow new or existing customers.
  • Maintain calendar of marketing activities and ensure tasks/deadlines are met.
  • Capture action items and ensure follow through for marketing teams.
  • Leverage campaign results to continually improve campaign structure, targeting, and messaging to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Act as a liaison with the markets on programs, ongoing business, project updates, changes, requests, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years in a marketing role either in an agency or corporate role
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and leadership skills alongside prioritization and product knowledge.
  • Comfortable onboarding and assisting with decision making using confidence and a positive attitude.
  • Is a natural problem solver with sound business acumen and time management skills.
  • Able to lead others in decision making.
  • In-depth knowledge of all phases of a marketing campaign.
  • Knowledgeable about a full range of marketing tactics.
  • Organizational skills.
