About the position

LendingOne is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Manager to support the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive engagement, brand visibility, and sales support across our outside sales and institutional real estate investor divisions. This is a hands-on, generalist role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing projects across content, digital, social, events, and partner support. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple marketing activities simultaneously. This is a full-time opportunity working in our Headquarters office in Boca Raton.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, paid media, events, and partner marketing.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, including pre-event promotion, logistics, day-of support, and post-event follow-up.
  • Create, update, and distribute marketing materials and presentations for internal teams and external partners.
  • Work with content and creative teams to develop marketing assets that align with campaign goals and brand standards.
  • Manage campaign timelines and coordinate deliverables with vendors, internal stakeholders, and sales teams.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign progress, event performance, and marketing initiatives to the broader team.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign planning and content development.
  • Track and report on basic performance metrics, such as email engagement, event attendance, and lead generation.
  • Assist with maintaining the company’s website, marketing calendar, and digital content library.
  • Help manage marketing budgets and coordinate invoices, vendor payments, and related documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or marketing manager role, preferably in a B2B or financial services environment.
  • Experience supporting campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, digital, events).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
