We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. As Marketing Manager, you will assist the Senior Marketing Manager in developing, leading and executing marketing strategies for Juris Banking, Business Escrow Services and Western Alliance Trust Company, key business lines of business for the bank. You'll be a leader in the marketing department and serve the organization as a whole with broad scope of responsibilities across geographies. One of your key responsibilities is to be a resource for executives and sales teams, business units and departments on strategic marketing initiatives, public relations, event marketing and general sales support. Assist the senior marketing manager in managing marketing strategies and budgets for business line(s), new or enhanced products, company strategic initiatives and special projects. Collaborate with the marketing team and business lines to create and update collateral and to develop promotions and/or campaigns to support the selling of bank products and services including collateral for all media outlets (print, radio, TV, online, billboard, etc.), email and social. Manage campaign reporting. Assist in managing PR consultants, developing presentation decks/talking points and may create media alerts, press releases and other materials as needed for public relations efforts. Responsible for maintaining website content, keeping it refreshed and engaging. Support the senior marketing manager in performing market and competitive research, gathering data from targeted sources useful in the sales process. Assist with the development and maintaining a collection of final reporting on event marketing initiatives including budget analysis, sales leads and opportunities, and other relevant event data, utilizing this information to make recommendations about future event marketing investments. Maintain compliance approvals for auditing purposes. Provide supervision to and direct the activities of marketing staff (if assigned); may perform supervisory tasks such as performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and interviewing candidates for employment; develop work schedules; provide necessary training and coaching.
