About the position

Taylor Promotional Products, a division of Taylor Corporation, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and growth of our acquisition, lead generation, and customer retention programs. This person must be a motivated individual who is passionate about developing Sales & Marketing strategies and creating new onboarding programs and customer journeys to generate revenue and convert buyers. Demonstrated expertise in overseeing both online and offline marketing initiatives, as well as executing sales enablement campaigns focused on generating revenue, is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (AE), including email journeys, lead nurturing, and behavior-based automation.
  • Load and manage prospecting lists (e.g., tradeshow scans, ZoomInfo, webinar attendees) in Salesforce for sales outreach.
  • Route leads to appropriate reps and track conversion from MQL to SQL.
  • Ensure consistent lead handling and follow-up processes.
  • Maintain full records of customer touchpoints (emails, calls, meetings, content shared) to support strategic follow-ups and account planning.
  • Use Salesforce dashboards to analyze customer behavior, segment accounts by size/vertical, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to deliver curated scripts, call lists, and marketing collateral aligned with vertical campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign metrics to refine messaging and improve ROI.
  • Align marketing efforts across multiple sales channels.
  • Manage and lead a team, overseeing the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to manage the advertising budget.
  • Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to drive financial results, including forecasting, tracking customer performance metrics and ROI.
  • Prepare detailed reports for leadership to highlight successes and suggest areas for further growth and investment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the B2B space.
  • Experience in Salesforce campaign development and deployment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
