The position involves performing comprehensive analysis of CRM campaign and market research data, utilizing business intelligence reporting tools and SQL to construct marketing performance analytics, and preparing analysis for measuring marketing performance across various areas. Responsibilities also include maintaining CRM dashboards, performing data mining for campaigns, preparing ad-hoc reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Performs comprehensive analysis of CRM campaign and market research data.
  • Utilizes business intelligence reporting tool and SQL to construct marketing performance analytics.
  • Prepares analysis for measuring marketing performance across the property.
  • Maintains CRM dashboards and troubleshoots as needed.
  • Performs data mining for campaigns and audits according to established guidelines.
  • Queries databases for counts and lists of records based on specified criteria.
  • Prepares ad-hoc reporting.
  • Assists with identifying performance opportunities across marketing initiatives.
  • Assists in structuring presentations for budget meetings and operational reviews.
  • Supports and promotes superior customer service in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and reports potential issues to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Finance or one year of related marketing analysis experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Cognos, or other querying tools highly preferred.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer).
  • Advanced experience with databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, including projects that require a quick time frame.

Benefits

  • Starting salary of $55,000 to $65,000.
