About the position
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed Marketing Operations Associate to support the seamless execution of key initiatives across the Marketing team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, Texas, reporting to the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing. The Marketing Operations Associate is essential to ensuring every touchpoint of our brand meets the high standards expected by our customers and outlined in our brand platform.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing in submitting creative briefs, coordinating and executing full-funnel marketing campaigns across retail, wholesale, and eCommerce channels.
- Manage and maintain the master marketing calendar and Monday.com project board, ensuring deadlines, tasks, and campaign milestones are up to date and clearly communicated across teams.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Marketing team and commercial channel leads, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment on upcoming initiatives, deliverables, and launch timelines.
- Support quality assurance of all marketing deliverables—ensuring every touchpoint meets or exceeds expectations set in the brand platform and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset, willing and excited to roll up your sleeves and support where needed.
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in an omnichannel or DTC environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; experience with Monday.com or similar tools required.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for executing thoughtful, customer-centric marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
