About the position

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to bring demand generation to our growing strategic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and excited to build real-world experience in email marketing, SEO, paid social, and campaign execution. You’ll support cross-functional marketing programs with a focus on delivering high-quality, data-driven campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital channels for our Collegiate, Scholastic, and Gaming Curriculum businesses. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills across the entire marketing funnel while working alongside a collaborative and experienced team.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and launch rich email campaigns and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Manage and update email templates, content blocks, and audience segments.
  • Assist with campaign QA, deliverability checks, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure all campaigns follow compliance and brand standards.
  • Lead SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page updates, and coordinating website & content optimizations.
  • Assist in the setup and tracking of lead-generating paid social campaigns, including integrating static and video content, across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (content, design, product) to gather assets and keep campaign timelines on track.
  • Track and manage UTM parameters for campaign analytics.
  • Help maintain campaign calendars, performance dashboards, and process documentation.
  • Assist in compiling and analyzing campaign metrics across email, social, and web.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement and marketing tech stack maintenance.

Requirements

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or comparable email marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and paid social advertising basics.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, or paid ad managers (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Detail-oriented with strong project coordination and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets/Excel, campaign tracking systems, and basic analytics platforms.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting or landing page tweaks.
  • Exposure to campaign attribution models or marketing funnel metrics.
  • Experience in a B2B or SaaS marketing environment.
