The Betterworks Revenue Operations team is looking for a Marketing Operations contractor to partner with marketing and sales to support our marketing operations processes and technology stack. This is a contract role that will help provide interim support for the tools and processes that enable lead capture, nurture, and flow through the revenue funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute campaign and event operations.
  • Manage & enhance the marketing technology stack and automations.
  • Own overall operational strategy for attribution, tracking, and reporting of marketing performance.
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Google Analytics, 6Sense, Qualified, Monday & more.
  • Manage and support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and scalability of marketing operations.
  • Oversee lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing workflows.
  • Partner with internal teams and Marketing Agencies to optimize technology stack and implement campaigns.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of dedicated Marketing Operations at a B2B software company.
  • Strong working knowledge of Hubspot and trends in marketing technology.
  • Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, and 6Sense.
  • Expertise in campaign management standard methodologies.
  • Expertise in data and analytics, including database setup and clean-up.
