Because when advertising is done right, it benefits everyone. We are looking for an experienced marketing specialist to lead the flawless execution of our global email and notification campaigns. This role will manage the end-to-end process, from intake and segmentation to build, QA, localization, setup, deployment and monitoring. You'll also play a critical role in championing experimentation, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling the marketing organization to unlock AI enhanced communications across channels. As the owner of the campaign operations lifecycle, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements, manage resources proactively, execute workflows with precision, and ensure timely, high-impact communications reach the right audiences. You'll also produce campaign performance reports and share actionable insights to inform future optimizations. In this role, you'll advance operational excellence by evolving our workflows, maintaining best practices, and developing tools and resources that foster continuous improvement. You'll partner with data and engineering to drive our personalization and automation capabilities efforts, and work closely with marketing teams to shape our experimentation roadmap.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to adapt to constant change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Experience with Tableau reporting.
  • Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator.
  • Excellent team player.
  • BA/BS - preference for degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
