We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven Marketing Operations Lead to help elevate the operational backbone of our in-house Creative Services team. This role ensures creative projects run smoothly, requests are executed efficiently, and processes are documented and adopted company-wide-allowing our creative talent to focus on what they do best. In addition to supporting the Creative Services team, this role will serve as a key tactical partner to the Marketing Operations Manager, assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, activations, and strategic initiatives across the broader department. The ideal candidate is equal parts traffic manager, process optimizer, and collaborative partner. You'll serve as the central liaison between Creative Services and cross-functional stakeholders, champion best practices, and lead change management and training efforts to embed operational excellence into the company's creative engine.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain creative calendars, oversee project timelines, and ensure alignment across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Intake, prioritize, and track incoming creative requests from cross-functional partners, assigning work based on team bandwidth and shifting priorities.
  • Provide tactical support to the Marketing Operations Manager for projects, activations and department-wide initiatives.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for Creative Services processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across the team.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on creative operations workflows, ensuring stakeholders understand and follow best practices. Lead regular training session and change management efforts to drive adoption of creative processes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure creative requests are fully detailed and leverage our campaign management tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Creative Services and other departments (e.g., HR, Procurement, Wholesale), facilitating clear communication and expectations.
  • Identify potential roadblocks in project workflows and proactively develop solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Support print production workflows, ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a project management or marketing operations role, ideally supporting a Creative Services function.
  • Possess a blend of creative production skills, creative development process, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of marketing processes.
  • Strong understanding of in-house creative teams and the marketing production lifecycle.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering relationships, and building trust.
  • Proven experience in process documentation and optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead training and change management across cross-functional teams.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for bringing structure to fast-moving environments.
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating resilience and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Thorough understanding of creative printing production, including timing, materials, and costs.
  • Proficiency in tools like Wrike, SharePoint, Smartsheet & Adobe Creative Suite.
