About the position

The Prime Air Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own initiatives that drive brand awareness, program adoption, and new business growth. This role is a strategic partner within the organization, contributing to business goals and driving the team to deliver with operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic data-driven problem solver with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a passion for leading customer-centric projects. In this role, you are responsible for driving the team to deliver on goals by overseeing workbacks, tracking performance, and driving efficiencies. This position requires a strong understanding of strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional management. You look around corners to find solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Drive the adoption of best practices, sharing insights and mechanisms to improve processes and results
  • Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly marketing business reviews
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce reports for leadership
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance scalability for global campaigns
  • Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices, processes)

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Smartsheets, Asana)
  • Marketing automation platform experience

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau)
