About the position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Operations Manager to support the Dropsuite business during a transitional period following its acquisition by NinjaOne. This is a 5-month contract role with the possibility of converting to full-time. You will be the sole marketing operations resource dedicated to Dropsuite, responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing campaign execution, analyzing performance data, improving processes, and managing the MarTech stack. During the contract period, Dropsuite will continue to operate somewhat independently, but is expected to be fully integrated into NinjaOne shortly after. This role will also be instrumental in supporting the migration from Pardot to HubSpot or Marketo, so experience with MarTech implementations is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the marketing team to implement, track, and optimize campaigns across email, social, paid media, webinars, and content syndication.
  • Ensure campaign elements (UTMs, tracking, segmentation, automation) are set up properly to support reporting and attribution.
  • Monitor real-time campaign performance and surface trends, issues, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Build SFDC dashboards for key metrics like MQLs, MQCs, influenced pipeline, conversion rates, etc.
  • Deliver reporting and insights for leadership, including board-level visibility.
  • Establish and refine workflows for campaign setup, asset management, naming conventions, and tracking.
  • Maintain and update marketing ops documentation (e.g., UTM protocols, taxonomy standards).
  • Improve coordination between marketing and cross-functional teams, including sales and sales ops.
  • Own and manage the Dropsuite marketing tech stack, including Pardot, Leandata, landing page builders, forms, and webinar platform.
  • Support or lead the marketing automation platform migration and related systems integration.
  • Ensure smooth data flow and tech stack performance throughout the transition.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and tools (Pardot-preferred, HubSpot, Marketo, Leandata, Salesforce, GoToWebinar, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent documentation and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation.
  • 401k with employer match - eligible immediately with full vesting right away.
  • Health insurance for you and your dependents (medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D). Free and no deductible plans offered.
  • 17 days of Annual Leave (with yearly accrual up to 20 days maximum).
  • 13 paid federal holidays each year.
  • Other leave benefits, such as Wedding leave.
  • Growth and Career Development opportunities.
  • Work in a global company with meaningful work, highly skilled colleagues, and an amazing culture.
