About the position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize marketing operations within a fast-growing, data-driven environment. You will own the marketing technology stack and drive the integrity of marketing data, ensuring clean capture and consistent performance measurement. Collaborating closely across teams, you’ll enhance lead management processes and campaign tracking, while developing AI-driven solutions to increase marketing efficiency. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions, helping maximize marketing impact and drive revenue growth in a dynamic, cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the entire marketing technology ecosystem, including tools like Hubspot, Clay, HockeyStack, Chilipiper, and Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Define and enforce marketing operational processes covering campaign execution, reporting, lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle management to accelerate pipeline velocity.
  • Develop and maintain a robust performance tagging and tracking architecture, including UTM frameworks and attribution models across channels.
  • Oversee data quality, enrichment, and governance, maintaining compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking key marketing KPIs, enabling data-driven quarterly and annual planning.
  • Facilitate alignment across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Finance to create end-to-end funnel transparency and shared KPI frameworks.
  • Drive initiatives to incorporate AI tools into marketing workflows for enhanced automation and measurement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations or as a Marketing Analyst, preferably within startup or B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Hubspot (marketing automation) and Salesforce (CRM).
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience implementing AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., Clay, ChatGPT, Copy.ai) is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
