One of our companies is currently looking for a Marketing Operations Manager in the United States. This role is a unique opportunity for a results-oriented and analytically-minded professional to elevate marketing performance through systems, processes, and data insights. You will take ownership of marketing operations infrastructure and lead the optimization of campaign execution, reporting, and data quality. As a key player in the marketing team, you will drive technology integration, support campaign tracking and attribution, and ensure data integrity across platforms. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing technology stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, and LeanData
  • Lead marketing campaign execution and reporting infrastructure for improved tracking and attribution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, efficient program deployment and lead handoff
  • Develop dashboards and templates to monitor KPIs like engagement, deliverability, and performance
  • Maintain database quality by ensuring data cleanliness, lead segmentation, and campaign tracking integrity
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within marketing systems and campaign workflows
  • Design and implement structured testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign outcomes

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a strong focus on operations and analytics
  • Proficiency in key marketing platforms: Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, LeanData, and similar tools
  • Marketo certification preferred; strong knowledge of lead lifecycle and marketing automation workflows
  • Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions and operational improvements
  • Familiarity with compliance and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Location in US Central or Eastern time zone is preferred
