About the position

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to manage and optimize the workflow processes (including project timelines, task coordination and budget tracking) for our Marketing team. This position will work from our Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI, and will report directly to the VP of Marketing. This individual will act as the central point of operational oversight and help reduce ad hoc work, support strategic planning, and ensure cross-functional alignment across marketing communications, vertical marketing, creative services, product management and more.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee timelines, task assignments, resource allocation, and ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed on time and within scope.
  • Track marketing spend against budget, support forecasting and reporting, ensure budget alignment with campaign and department goals, drive efficiency and ROI.
  • Manage onboarding, scheduling and workflow with agency partners, manage collaboration, timely delivery and budget adherence, manage agency review process.
  • Assist the VP of Marketing in building and refining the annual budget planning process, align project execution with strategic priorities, support cross-functional coordination with sales, product and executive teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (MBA or Marketing-focused) is a plus, especially for strategic planning and budget management purposes.
  • 8-10 years' experience in marketing operations, project management, or traffic management within a marketing department or agency.
  • Proven experience managing cross functional teams, timelines, and budgets.
  • Background in process improvement and implementing scalable workflows.
  • Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum) or marketing operations (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce certifications) are highly valuable.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot)
