About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager role is an individual contributor position responsible for helping execute marketing campaigns and be part of the technical backbone of the marketing team at Hiya. Embedded within the core marketing function, this role collaborates closely with campaign marketing, web marketing, product marketing, and sales operations to ensure seamless execution across campaign initiatives, from lead generation efforts to customer outreach. Leveraging their expertise in process management, the Marketing Operations Manager will work cross functionally to craft impactful campaigns and support the development of a successful go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities

  • Working alongside content and product marketing team to ensure we have the right content going to the right audiences at the right time on the right mediums
  • Work independently within our marketing automation system to ensure campaign execution success and effective conversion tracking
  • Manage our marketing operations technical infrastructure and the data flows between tools; work with other operational teams to ensure alignment (Sales Ops, Finance, etc) and that teams are maximizing use; lead enablement sessions when additional trainings are required or updates occur
  • Develop the workflows that make up our email nurture marketing programs, making adjustments based on performance, updated content, or experiments
  • Work alongside our product teams to build out new AI-based solutions internally and be part of the team launching new products across our offerings

Requirements

  • Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce preferred (Marketo or others okay)
  • Experience with other GTM tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Ability to problem solve and evaluate multiple solutions to determine the best or more efficient path forward
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach to collaborating with various teams

Nice-to-haves

  • Any experience with working with up-and-coming AI tools, such as Relevance.ai or Clay, to design and implement agentic AI workflows
