We are seeking a HubSpot-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to lead marketing automation, lifecycle management, segmentation, and campaign attribution within HubSpot. This person will partner closely with Sales Operations and Customer Success to ensure strategic alignment across systems and teams. This is a highly technical and process-oriented role focused on building scalable infrastructure to drive lead generation, improve funnel performance, and optimize the digital customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead for marketing automation and campaign infrastructure within HubSpot, collaborating with Sales Ops as needed to ensure alignment across RevOps strategies
  • Build, manage, and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and campaign execution
  • Own lead lifecycle processes within marketing: lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and funnel visibility up to opportunity stage
  • Manage campaign attribution and reporting for lead sources and marketing activities that influence leads, opportunities, and customer outcomes
  • Manage marketing database structure, segmentation, and data hygiene
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to support lead management, routing logic, and pipeline visibility
  • Create persona-based sales enablement content such as email templates, sequences, and workflows to support sales activities including prospecting, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Support sales enablement through playbook documentation, templates, and marketing-driven tools
  • Manage CRM data enrichment strategy and ensure shared tools (SalesIntel, Brizo, Breeze Intelligence) are fully leveraged for segmentation and personalization
  • Manage product marketing data across platforms, including product listings on the website and within DAM/PIM systems
  • Ensure product data is optimized for e-commerce visibility and aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Oversee organization and tagging of product assets for cross-channel use
  • Collaborate on the creation and management of product marketing assets that support the digital catalog and e-commerce initiatives
  • Act as the marketing lead for the setup and optimization of HubSpot Service Hub tools in close collaboration with Customer Success and Sales Ops
  • Maintain and update chatbot scripts, NPS workflows, and the help center knowledge base
  • Identify opportunities to improve self-service capabilities and customer communication

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or digital campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Strong understanding of CRM segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle stage logic, and campaign tracking
  • Proficient in managing marketing databases and building scalable workflows
  • Experience using and supporting data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit, SalesIntel) preferred but not required
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with a bias toward process improvement
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Curious, fast-learning, and eager to explore AI applications in marketing operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple projects
