Works directly under the Casino General Manager and is accountable and responsible for developing and implementing a strategic written marketing plan consisting of advertising, promotions, public relations, and merchandising for all Casino operations. The manager coordinates all media strategies as well as provides creative ideas for monthly gaming promotions to generate revenue. The manager is responsible for the coordination of all special events for each Casino Department and handling all customer service issues related to the event. The manager is also responsible for developing and implementing a Casino Slots/ Players Club Marketing program, as well as long-term promotions for the continued development of a solid slot player customer foundation. The Manager will also be responsible for developing promotions to market the Casino and entertainment venues to the Mexican market. The campaign will require all advertising to be translated into Spanish and updated monthly for each marketing promotion or public relations event.
