We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Procurement Specialist to support vendor management for the Creative Shared Services team, based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position will support our relationships with our external vendors, sourcing and on-boarding new vendors as the need arises and manage processes for print, overflow creative production and translation-inclusive of cost negotiations, scheduling and research, vetting and set-up of new vendors. This individual should have a deep understanding of print processes and have experience in materials selection.

Responsibilities

  • Support relationships with external vendors, sourcing and onboarding new vendors as needed.
  • Manage processes for print, overflow creative production, and translation, including cost negotiations and scheduling.
  • Provide creative service sourcing, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to ensure scope, costs, and timelines are met.
  • Communicate any budget overages ensuring approval prior to work completion.
  • Provide end-to-end service in the printing and distribution of Creative Shared Service print projects.
  • Work with design team to determine appropriate print specifications for individual projects, setting print standards and securing estimates.
  • Provide end-to-end translation service sourcing of Marketing projects in multiple languages.
  • Track costs for all outside services and create/update statement of work documents for applicable projects.
  • Establish relationships and partner with external vendors for outside services, onboarding new vendors when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, web, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3+ years experience related to print collateral production preferred
  • Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Able to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and raising them to management, as well as offering potential solutions
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work with multiple team members across departments in a collaborative and professional way
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to meet deadlines.
