Acrotech currently markets a portfolio of 5 oncology products including 2 of the leading products in Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma (PTCL), a rare and aggressive blood cancer. Acrotech recently submitted an NDA for a novel dermatology product. We are also preparing to launch a novel treatment for chemotherapy induced neutropenia (CIN). Job Overview
The Associate Product Manager is a crucial marketing position within the Acrotech Marketing team and will report to the Head of Marketing. The role will focus on HCP marketing to support the Ryzneuta launch and beyond. The Associate Product Manager will help develop the overall brand strategy including the tactical plan which includes working with agency partners to develop materials and messages, managing marketing projects to ensure they roll out on time and within budget, and collaborating with commercial field teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in launch planning and the annual marketing plan including brand strategy, tactics, and budgeting.
- Lead HCP marketing efforts to develop materials and refine messaging.
- Effectively collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of projects.
- Help conduct comprehensive market research and data analysis to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and understand competitive landscape.
- Act as primary point for sales team to optimize collaboration, field insights, communication, and execution for assigned brand.
- Effectively manage assigned budget ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget.
- Ensure consistent pull through of brand strategy across marketing projects.
- Demonstrate expertise of the clinical data for the assigned product, the disease state, the competitors, and the market landscape.
- Work with the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) Team to optimize engagements with KOLs and advocacy groups.
- Ensure marketing activities and materials adhere to all applicable laws and guidelines working with Compliance and the PRC (Promotional Review Committee) approval process.
Qualifications
- Skills & Requirements
• BA/BS degree in business, science, or other related discipline.
• 3-5 years of pharma/biotech or related experience.
• Pharma marketing experience preferred but not required.
• Biosimilar and/or oncology experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, presentation skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with others including senior leaders.
• Must be innovative and proactive with demonstrated track record of completing projects with minimal supervision.
• Must be comfortable in a start-up environment where priorities can change rapidly.
• Must have a strong knowledge of US Regulatory/Compliance guidelines that govern pharmaceutical promotion.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• The role will be based at Acrotech Headquarters in East Windsor, NJ with one (1) day a week remote.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
Education & Experience
- BA/BS degree in business, science, or other related discipline.
- 3-5 years of pharma/biotech or related experience.
Compensation
- $95,000 to $140,000, Annual Bonus, Long-term Incentive Plan
