About the position

Edge is seeking a high-performing, versatile Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and growth for the Edge brand. This is a high-ownership role responsible for managing the full marketing lifecycle from strategy to hands-on execution across branding, campaigns, content, digital, PR and social media. The Marketing Manager will be embedded within the Edge team and report directly to the Edge President. They will collaborate closely with PSA's Senior Director of Learning & Marketing as well as the PSA Marketing Team Lead to ensure strategic alignment and creative cohesion. While PSA's internal marketing team offers support in areas such as strategic planning, campaign ideation and graphic design, the Marketing Manager will lead the day-to-day execution of all Edge marketing efforts with a high degree of autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Finalize and enforce brand guidelines across all platforms
  • Develop updated positioning to reflect Edge's differentiators
  • Lead development of marketing collateral, signage, and print/digital materials
  • Create and own slide decks
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Build and manage a blog calendar featuring partner/integrator-submitted content
  • Oversee executive LinkedIn content and growth
  • Coordinate with an external PR contractor to pitch stories and press releases
  • Launch new onboarding email flow and welcome materials
  • Create and distribute member newsletters, spotlights and webinar invites
  • Maintain and update the Edge Member Locator and internal lists
  • Partner with PSA Education team to highlight webinars and AV best practices
  • Support at Edge and Industry events
  • Partnering with Industry Associations (Avixa, NSCA, etc.)
  • Own and manage Edge's Squarespace website and member portal
  • Build and optimize landing pages, forms and partner/member profiles
  • Create outbound email campaigns for recruitment and awareness
  • Develop case studies and testimonials to support lead generation
  • Conduct and apply findings from a full social media audit
  • Develop and schedule content for LinkedIn, including 'Edge Insights' series
  • Design basic graphics, captions and engagement prompts
  • Monitor engagement metrics and drive follower/brand growth

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in AV, technology or B2B industries
  • Proven ability to execute content calendars, social media strategy and email marketing
  • Strong writing and editing skills for web, email and executive branding
  • Experience managing websites (Squarespace or similar CMS)
  • Ability to design basic graphics using Canva, Adobe Express or similar tools
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong collaboration mindset when working with external vendors and PSA support teams
  • Strong leadership and business skills
  • CRM knowledge

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in AV or systems integration
  • Exposure to SEO, SEM or marketing analytics
  • Experience managing PR or earned media campaigns
  • Demand generation or growth marketing experience
