About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Project Coordinator to support the VP of Patient Access and Communication. This individual will assist in a variety of areas including marketing initiatives, employee engagement activities, and external customer service communications.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with patients via telephone, website, Facebook, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
  • Develop, design, and maintain patient-facing materials such as brochures, flyers, and handouts
  • Coordinate with external vendors and representatives to support and organize participation in community events (e.g., charity walks, galas, health fairs)
  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement and appreciation events
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across communication platforms
  • Track and report on project progress and engagement metrics

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
  • Experience with social media platforms and basic web content management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
