About the position
VP Racing is seeking a full-time Marketing Project Manager Specialist in our Marketing Department at our Corporate Headquarters (San Antonio, Texas). The Project Coordinator is the driving force behind the success of our marketing workflow, serving as the gatekeeper and project manager of all incoming job requests and overseeing every step of our creative process using the Asana project management platform. This critical role manages the marketing pipeline by scheduling projects, assigning the right team members at the right time, and ensuring deadlines and expectations are met. From domestic campaigns to international requests, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and creative teams to keep every project moving with precision and speed. Responsibilities
- Manage the marketing workflow and project pipeline using Asana.
- Schedule projects and assign team members appropriately.
- Ensure deadlines and expectations are met for all marketing projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams.
- Oversee the creative process for both domestic and international campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in project management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple duties.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
