Marketing Project Support Intern - ACL Live

About the position

The Marketing Project Support Intern will play a key role in providing administrative, event marketing and project coordination support to the Marketing department at ACL Live at The Moody Theater. The Intern will participate in industry research and trends to grow audiences and brand awareness through marketing channels while gaining exposure to the day-to-day functions of a live music venue.

Responsibilities

• Organize administrative documents related to ongoing show promotions, including show listings, advanced promotions, and marketing materials within software, Asana and Salesforce.
• Assist in maintaining the ACL Live website, update journey documents, and oversee artwork management to support the announcement and on-sale marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate the creation of internal venue signage and update to reflect current promotions, event details, and other marketing needs to enhance the guest experience at the venue.
• Research, compile, and submit event listings to local calendars and online platforms to ensure maximum visibility and promotion for upcoming shows and events at ACL Live.
• Assist in tracking ACL Live's house photography, ensuring all event photos are properly cataloged and accessible for marketing and press use.
• Compile, organize, and submit marketing comp forms in a timely manner as directed by the Marketing team, ensuring all necessary details are included and processed correctly.
• Assist in updating and managing Facebook events and other social media platforms to reflect accurate event information and promotions.
• Support the team with invoice tracking and coding, and ensure proper organization of marketing-related expenses for budgeting and reporting purposes.
• Serve as the marketing representative on show nights, acting as an on-site liaison to escort press and photographers, ensuring they have everything they need to capture and promote the event effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
