We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support our campaign planning, promotional coordination, and brand strategy initiatives. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Track campaign performance and prepare progress reports
• Organize and support promotional events, activations, and product launches
• Maintain updated inventory of promotional materials
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency
• Conduct market research to identify trends and audience insights
• Help manage vendor relationships and campaign logistics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic marketing software
