About the position

HGV is now offering first day benefits to new employees! The position involves supervising and owning the activities of the Marketing Team, supporting the Manager of Marketing while acquiring maximum production and efficiencies. A positive demeanor and outlook are essential while leading employees. The role includes face-to-face guest contact and lead generation by actively building great relationships with Hilton Honors Rewards members, Hilton Grand Vacation's resort guests, and Club members in the lobbies of Hilton Grand Vacations resorts & hotels. You will be responsible for scheduling guests and owners for presentations of our Hilton Grand Club vacation ownership offerings, taking ownership of the front-end of the sales cycle, and selling promotional vacation packages to hotel guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and own the activities of the Marketing Team in support of the Manager of Marketing.
  • Work scheduled shifts and maintain or exceed individual performance goals.
  • Responsible for face-to-face guest contact and lead generation.
  • Speak to and schedule guests and owners for presentations of vacation ownership offerings.
  • Approach guests, qualify leads, and use marketing gifts and incentives to set appointments.
  • Book guest appointments and hand them off to Sales Executives for presentations.
  • Sell promotional vacation packages to hotel guests.
  • Work with In House team to create and coordinate ongoing training.
  • Ensure a production-based shift allocation with the In-House Marketing Team.
  • Implement and maintain tools to enhance productivity for marketing coordinators.
  • Maintain and uphold all policies and procedures by the team.
  • Assist in resolving customer relations issues pertaining to marketing.
  • Help the team meet and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for tour flow, volume, penetration, VPG, and POS Sales.
  • Create and foster a motivated team environment in the field.
  • Visit all locations and perform MOD on the floor responsibilities as scheduled.
  • Provide feedback to management for coaching marketing coordinators.
  • Review monthly reports for tour and sales tracking.
  • Manage customer service issues during floor duty.
  • Handle employee relations matters and other assigned duties based on business needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Marketing Experience
  • Positive and go-getter attitude
