About the position

ProTech Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator for a permanent position, in-office in Memphis, TN. The Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator plays a crucial role driving the growth and visibility of ProTech Services Group. This individual will coordinate and execute the development and execution of marketing strategies, with a focus on building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and increasing market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and/or sales enablement, with experience in developing campaigns, using workflows to build email and sales sequences, CRM management, building landing pages, coordinating events with vendors, creating social media campaigns, designing social media images and graphics, and scheduling posts. This role requires a true 'Swiss Army Knife' of marketing experience with the ability to gain expertise and grow within this role. The Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing efforts with business goals, ensuring that the company's message resonates with key audiences in the IT and business consulting sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that captivate and convert.
  • Utilize workflows to create and manage email and sales sequences that drive results.
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems to track and analyze customer interactions.
  • Design and build landing pages that support our marketing initiatives and enhance user experience.
  • Coordinate events with vendors, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Create and manage social media campaigns across various platforms, designing engaging images and graphics.
  • Improve online visibility and user experience through effective SEO and management.
  • Craft compelling narratives and press releases that resonate with our audience.
  • Develop nurture drips to engage and convert leads.
  • Build and execute account-based marketing campaigns targeting high-value accounts.
  • Promote and manage event participation to maximize exposure.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.
  • Support our sales team by creating collateral, presentations, and videos/animations that highlight the value of our services.
  • Prepare and analyze marketing reports to support decision-making.
  • Monitor budgets on assigned products/services and prepare reports as needed.
  • Research and monitor the competitive environment to provide input and analysis.
  • Serve as a key liaison between departments and internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and/or sales enablement.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong graphic design skills and experience with design software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with SEO, management, PR, content writing, email marketing nurture drips, ABM campaigns, conference and event marketing, ROI tracking, and brand management.
  • Experience in supporting sales teams with collateral and presentations.
