About the position

The Marketing Services Manager has a key role within the Creative Services Department, supporting branding and company initiatives. This position oversees the execution of creative projects submitted through the creative request system and works cross-functionally with requesters, designers, internal reviewers, and production teams. The role ensures all projects are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time across various media channels, including print, digital, and broadcast.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end workflow of creative projects, including timelines, budgets and communication
  • Support creative development across a wide range of media types including print/POP, apparel, digital, packaging, signage, and traditional media
  • Collaborate with departments across Brand, RSO, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of creative needs
  • Communicate with requesters to ensure all necessary project information is provided
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure projects are accurate, effective, and timely
  • Provide strategic direction and support to internal and external creative teams
  • Ensure projects follow the defined approval process
  • Deliver project status updates to the internal team and key stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate workload reports and flag team bandwidth or timeline concerns
  • Coordinate production handoffs and vendor routing for approved creative
  • Identify and recommend improvements to creative development processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in account management or advertising agency settings
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • Baseline understanding of marketing, creative, and design workflows
  • Experience collaborating with graphic designers and production teams
  • Experience with digital creative development for websites and apps
  • Strong time management, project management, and organizational skills
