About the position
At Melaleuca Marketing Services you'll become a part of a fast-paced team dedicated to a feel-good lifestyle brand committed to changing lives. Melaleuca was created to provide our members with superior products that help people live more vibrant, healthier and happier lives. As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you'll be working directly with Melaleuca members to help them take advantage of Melaleuca's industry leading services programs. Because people are at the center of everything we do, one of your main priorities is to educate Melaleuca Members about the value of Melaleuca's services programs. In this role, you will be measured by hitting and exceeding monthly sales goals, consistently staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling rejection in stride. You'll experience all of this in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Drives sales activities and successfully sell Melaleuca Home Security and other services programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls - this role is 100% phone based.
- Stay organized and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals.
- Own and manage a pipeline of Melaleuca customers.
- Become an expert in Melaleuca's Services and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit member needs.
Requirements
- Ability to work in-person and onsite at Melaleuca's offices.
- HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing or phone sales experience OR; Bachelor's Degree.
- General computer and email proficiency.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage independently without oversight.
- Driven for success and want to help others achieve their goals.
- Appetite for learning and keen on turning training and feedback into action.
- Confidence in navigating between numerous tabs, multiple screens, and using video conferencing tools.
- Savvy in finding your way around new tools and software.
- Naturally curious and like to ask questions to find answers.
- Committed to a high standard of integrity and being a team player.
- Excellent listener, assertive, persistent, and persuasive.
