Marketing Specalist

About the position

DuBois & King (D&K) is currently hiring a Marketing Specialist with 4 to 7 years of experience to join the collaborative marketing team in our growing engineering firm. D&K provides diverse professional engineering consulting services throughout the Northeast and beyond. This in-office position is based in Randolph, Vermont. We are looking for someone with creative energy, a strong work ethic, and strong content writing and graphic skills. Experience with photography, videography, website design or maintenance, and online media is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal outlines
• Write, design, proofread, and copyedit proposals
• Photograph projects and staff, generate visual assets, and manage photo libraries
• Manage large amounts of information and maintain data and records online
• Create, proofread, and copyedit marketing and promotion materials
• Occasional work with advertisers for timely and usable ad submissions
• Create social media content as directed
• Support maintenance of the firm's website as assigned
• Distribute proposal/qualifications opportunities as needed
• Occasional travel to other offices, conferences, and trade shows
• General assistance and support for the firm's marketing efforts

Requirements

• BS/MS in Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience
• Strong grammar and writing skills
• Graphic design skills
• Photography skills
• Mac-based Adobe Creative Suite experience
• Microsoft365 experience
