About the position

Are you a rising marketer with a passion for digital strategy, content, and campaign execution? Join the team behind North America's largest dedicated kitchen and bath events now expanding into Canada! You will be joining a team that supports a large, growing and highly visible events business. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist ready to take their next big step. This role offers hands-on experience across digital channels including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and web content. You'll play a critical role in driving exhibitor and sponsor engagement, building multi-channel campaigns, and shaping how we connect with the architecture and design community.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns that drive exhibitor sign-ups and qualified sales leads.
  • Collaborate with our agencies to plan and track PPC, paid social, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Write and schedule emails that nurture prospects and convert leads using HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Optimize landing pages and sales-focused web content for SEO, UX, and conversions.
  • Support media relations by working with PR agencies to pitch exhibitor stories and schedule interviews.
  • Assist in app and tool rollouts, including our show mobile app and exhibitor support hub.
  • Develop content and materials to support the sales team and help exhibitors succeed before and during the show.
  • Report on campaign performance, using data insights to continuously improve results.
  • Provide onsite support during show days.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of digital tools: email marketing platforms, CMS/web editing tools, and basic CRM systems
  • Familiarity with paid media and SEO best practices
  • Strong writing and editing skills (for web, email, and social)
  • Analytical mindset - you're curious about performance data and how to improve
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable working in a team structure.
