LPA is seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. As a participant in our uniquely collaborative design process, you will work hand in hand with colleagues across disciplines on a wide variety of innovative, sustainable projects. Responsibilities

  • Effectively prepare Proposals/Statement of Qualifications and marketing materials that adhere to LPA brand standards
  • Produce high-quality work products, in terms of accuracy, messaging, content and compliance
  • Provide marketing support to firm leadership in a variety of market sectors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience required; 2+ years of experience preferred
  • A/E/C industry experience preferred
  • Excellent written, graphic and organizational skills
  • High Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of CRM and digital asset management systems (experience with Dynamics 365 and/or OpenAsset a plus)
  • Own the end-to-end pursuit process including the ability to read and understand Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and qualifications and develop relevant, thoughtful responses
  • Broad knowledge and experience in technical writing/editing and business development
  • Ability to work well under pressure with multiple deadlines
  • Thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be creative with a strong attention to detail
