About the position

The Property Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing strategy for all hospitality activations including but not limited to hotel, entertainment, food & beverage, and citywide activations. This position requires a productive driven individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on a consistent basis for all of Caesar's Entertainment Las Vegas properties.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive project management with multiple clients and tight deadlines.
  • Assist managers with execution of hospitality marketing.
  • Thinks operationally about factors such as pricing, quality, marketing, price/value perceptions and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with property operations teams to deliver marketing support.
  • Oversee design, production, and implementation of property marketing collateral across multiple mediums.
  • Work with vendors to assist in delivery and installations.
  • Audit property marketing signage and update as needed.
  • Order marketing signage.
  • Assist with website updates.
  • Assist with creative and menu updates.
  • Assist with updating and auditing digital signage.
  • Help coordinate activations, including installation and auditing.
  • Maintain and manage property marketing matrixes.

Requirements

  • College degree in marketing or related field required.
  • At least 2 years experience in advertising/marketing related field preferred.
  • Hospitality marketing or restaurant marketing preferred.
  • Graphic Design experience a plus.
  • Extensive project management with multiple clients and tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Windows, MS Word, and Excel as well as Video/Digital software knowledge.
  • Experience using Adobe programs: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
  • Neat, professional business appearance.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately with limited supervision.
  • Must be able to handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to proofread.
  • Ability to anticipate and react to changes in planning assumptions and alters plans as necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Persistent about project follow up.
  • Ability to walk across several properties daily.

Nice-to-haves

  • Graphic Design experience a plus.
