Marketing Specialist

About the position

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Boca Raton, FL. The Marketing Specialist will support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the Company's programming and digital products. This role involves developing engaging content and messaging in alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including production, editorial, digital, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Develop engaging content and messaging in alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, editorial, digital, and analytics.
• Assist in managing email marketing initiatives, including list segmentation, content development, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Help manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign development and content planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not a must.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a media, publishing, or broadcast environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Self-starter with a team-oriented approach and willingness to be hands-on.
