In this role, you will help develop and execute strategic marketing plans, track campaign performance, and ensure brand consistency across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling content for promotional materials, website, and print assets
- Manage campaign calendars and support project timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Support brand development and ensure consistency in all marketing efforts
- Assist with planning and executing promotional events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in real estate or related industries
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as Google Analytics or CRM software
- Solid project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
