About the position

The Enrollment Enablement Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing customer and user experience to increase throughput through quality assurance, experience mapping/enhancements and driving the implementation and adoption of marketing tools. This role requires a strategic, analytical thinker who can leverage data, content, and digital tools to enhance marketing campaigns and improve the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support enrollment goals.
  • Strategize and project manage content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and strategies.
  • Map and test performance data of existing tools, campaigns, application, etc. to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage marketing automation tools to nurture prospective student leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
  • Quality Management support and collaboration with Enrollment Enablement Operations to support the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives for the regional sales teams and marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Three (3) plus years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing strategies, lead nurturing, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of enrollment processes within education institutions.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Familiar with AI and marketing technologies.
  • Strong project management skills.
