We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team in our Boca Raton, Sunrise or Miami office's. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Regional Marketing Lead in managing the regional marketing plan, including program development, project and event coordination, and results reporting.
  • Help manage multiple office marketing budgets, including reclassification / recoding of expenses.
  • Coordinate with the Office Managing Partners of assigned Offices on projects to elevate the brand within region and support cross-selling efforts to Tiered accounts in the office.
  • Support the Regional Marketing lead in executing industry-driven regional marketing efforts aligned to the business and marketing plans for the assigned industries.
  • Coordinate with Office Leaders, business development and marketing teams to identify marketing promotion opportunities in region to support industry localization efforts.
  • Support the Regional Marketing Lead in maintaining key account data, leverage Bombora buyer intent data, generate local client case studies, and support account-based marketing programs designed to enhance cross-selling, expand client relationship.
  • Maintain regional association relationships to support thought leadership placement and speaking opportunities.
  • Build and maintain target and COI lists, NPS follow-up processes, and award initiatives.
  • Engage market facing professionals to build stronger social media networks to drive industry campaign content to local clients, targets, and COIs. Be active on social media to help promote brand awareness of the regional offices.
  • Collaborate with the national events team to provide support for regional event coordination and logistics.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned to include managing contracts and invoices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional services marketing experience, accounting/consulting experience a plus
  • Strong project coordination/management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks on deadline.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • A team player who collaborates and communicates effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Understanding of professional services marketing approaches; B2B experience strongly preferred
  • Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with CRM, Microsoft Teams, and Marketing Project Management a plus.
  • Experience with social media promotion (LinkedIn, Twitter) a plus.
  • Knowledge of event management a plus.
