We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team! This role allows you to exercise your left brain as much as your right, juggle project deadlines effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a team. You will play a key role in winning business for our growing Engineering line of business, leading client-focused sales marketing and proposal submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the RFP/proposal process by establishing and managing priorities, assignments, and deadlines.
  • Read and analyze client RFQ/RFPs and edit proposal content for readability, consistency, clarity and compliance with requirements.
  • Perform all aspects of production, including strategy, messaging, and graphic layout.
  • Research, write and maintain narratives, project descriptions, resumes, and other materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to effectively communicate our McKinstry brand, message and service offerings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in marketing with engineering & design or construction (AEC) industry preferred.
  • Proficient with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint preferred.
  • Cosential and/or Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong project management abilities and organizational skills required.
  • Strong client management abilities required.
  • Must be deadline-driven.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
