CORE Construction is hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Team in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. This experienced role is ideal for creative and driven individuals with 2+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in the A/E/C industry. The Marketing Specialist will support a fast-paced department focused on delivering exceptional professional services and brand representation for CORE. The team produces high-quality proposals, presentations, event coordination, and various other creative projects to support the company's growing needs. The Marketing Specialist will contribute to a team dedicated to exceeding client expectations and finding innovative ways to enhance services. This position focuses on creating proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, graphics, communications, content, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and excels at managing multiple priorities under pressure. A passion for writing and editing is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce professional-quality proposals (using Adobe InDesign) and presentations (using PowerPoint) tailored to specific clients and projects.
- Collaborate and lead internal teams to gather content and ensure materials align with brand standards.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and conferences, including logistics and promotional materials.
- Assist in coordinating conferences, trade shows, and other marketing-related events.
- Develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
- Create visually compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, maintaining consistent brand identity.
- Assist in drafting and editing written content for marketing campaigns and collateral.
- Manage and create content for various platforms and purposes, enhancing the company's online presence.
- Maintain organized project files and track deadlines for multiple assignments.
- Participate in team meetings, offering creative input and solutions for marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a creative, marketing, business, or related field is required.
- 2+ years' experience in marketing for a similar field.
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications are highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
