We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimize marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing plans
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce promotional materials
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Coordinate and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and print marketing
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
• Support event planning and promotional activities as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics platforms
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
