Responsibilities

  • Contribute to university marketing campaigns by participating in ad development, content creation, and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
  • Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team on outbound and inbound marketing activities.
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts with marketing and other professionals.
  • Conduct intake sessions with potential clients and complete project intake forms.
  • Follow up with clients regarding job specifics and production timelines.
  • Coordinate the tracking of all current marketing projects.
  • Complete necessary project tracking forms and maintain an accurate list of ongoing projects.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree and three years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and seven years of experience.
  • A combination of post high school education and experience equal to seven years.
