Marketing Strategist

About the position

Working as Full-time Marketing Strategist, you will work on a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment to drive promotion and growth on our products, services and solutions. This includes researching, conceptualizing and organizing creative marketing campaigns meant to hit business goals and objectives for internal and external customers. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with sales leadership to understand business goals and develop marketing plans that support those objectives
• Researching and developing an in depth marketing strategy to achieve business objectives
• Utilizing critical thinking skills to prioritize and direct marketing projects
• Presenting and maintaining our brand messaging to internal and external audiences
• Managing and scheduling internal and external communications across multiple channels
• Collaborating with team members for data analysis and research

Requirements

• Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications or a related education OR have at least 3 years of related work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrate a creative mindset with the ability to work on multiple projects with short lead times
• Knowledge of print and electronic media concepts
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Work independently as well as in a team environment
• Exhibit a desire to learn and implement new programs

• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
